Two Fixed Points

The writer of Hebrews gives us...two fixed points.

Because God wanted to make His unchanging nature very clear to us, He gave us the latitude and longitude of the spiritual world: His character and His word. These two fixed points NEVER change, and therefore we can always know where he is. This gives us hope beyond measure. We can look at any circumstance and find God. He is not undeterminable in the vast sea of this world; He has given us His coordinates.
